Terms of service
Safe operation
Equipment supplied by Biji Pathfinders is for indoor use only, within a designated netted enclosure. Users must comply with DGCA and Ministry of Civil Aviation guidance at all times.
The user assumes all risk arising from operation and indemnifies Biji Pathfinders Private Limited against any claim arising from a breach of safety or flight rules.
Age and supervision
Suitable for ages 12 and above. The product contains electronic parts and should be used under expert guidance.
Orders
Cancellations are accepted on the same day the order is placed. Refunds are processed within three to five business days. High-value orders are despatched against 80% advance with 20% payable on delivery.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act 1872. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

What we collect
We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and fulfil your order: your name, organisation, email address, phone number, delivery address and, where applicable, your GSTIN.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, process and deliver orders, raise tax documentation, and provide after-sales support. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it beyond the carriers and payment provider required to complete your order.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details on this website.
Your choices
Write to us at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not required to retain it for tax or statutory purposes.
