We ship India-wide with no excluded regions, including dispersed defence locations that most couriers will not serve. Free shipping applies from six units.

Carriers
- Small items ship by BlueDart, chosen because it serves the dispersed locations our defence customers are actually posted to.
- Arenas and heavy freight ship by VRL Logistics.
- Local delivery and collection in the NCR is handled directly, with free training at Noida for customers collecting in person.
LiPo batteries
Lithium polymer batteries ship by surface transport only. We do not air-freight batteries under any circumstances. Please plan for longer transit times on any order containing a battery.
Rates and free shipping
Shipping is charged on weight and package size. Orders of six units or more ship free. Tracking is issued automatically once your consignment is booked.
E-way bill
An e-way bill is mandatory on consignments valued at ₹50,000 or above. HSN codes are recorded against every product, so this is raised as part of despatch rather than being something you need to chase.
Payment terms on high-value orders
High-ticket orders are despatched against 80% advance with the balance 20% on delivery. Business customers paying in full upfront receive a 5% discount.
Cancellations and refunds
Orders may be cancelled on the same day they are placed. Refunds are processed within three to five business days of approval.
Because this is technical equipment made to order in small batches, we would rather talk you out of the wrong configuration before you buy than process a return afterwards. Message us before ordering if you are unsure what fits your space.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Report any out-of-the-box failure within 24 hours of receipt with photographs or a short video. We cover shipping in both directions in that case.
